Current Craft Projects!

Emmalee's quiet book is almost done. Just have to hand sew a few of the little pieces and then I can sew everything down on the pages. She's seen a few of the pages and is totally excited. I can't wait to let her have it. Here are the pages. If you want one let me know and you can pay me (hee hee) to make one for you or I can just send you my patterns.

I'm going to a baby shower tomorrow for 2 friends in the ward, and I wanted something unique and inexpensive to give them. I've recently developed an interest in several craft blogs and saw these ideas on those blogs. I finished both projects for both ladies in 2 days. That's how easy these things are to make. One is a portable high chair...here are pictures before the kid and and after the kid. The other project is a set of 4 burp cloths. I haven't finished those yet, but will post when I finish them tonight. I had a lot of the materials for those projects already (thanks for the fabric, Mom) and so both sets of burp cloths and both high chairs cost only $10. The velcro was the most expensive. The burp cloths are made of flannel and it's all 50% off right now at Joanns.
